The grapes undergo a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The aim of this producer is to provide modern wines, which are both good value and full of flavour. Shining pale lemon in colour, this is a pleasing version of Pinot Grigio. The nose reveals notes of stone fruits, dried herbs, green apples, citrus, a hint of passionfruit, peaches and a touch of sour lemon on the finish. A wine of medium length and bright acidity, which is quite tight on the finish, and lingers attractively.
