Mandala is the vision of the Smedley family of Melbourne. An estate vineyard in Yarra Junction was planted in 1999, with additional vineyards following in Dixons Creek. Specialising in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Mandala wines are high quality, elegant and exceptional value.

Mandala Chardonnay 2022
Barrel fermented on full solids in French oak (15% new) with 10% of the wine going through mlf. A bright green gold. More complex than in 2021, with its aromas of oyster shells, hazelnuts and stone fruits. Still quite tightly wound and with good intensity before finishing grapefruit pithy and long.

Mandala Chardonnay 2022
This is a more savoury style of Chardonnay with it’s bread dough and nutty flavours. It offers stone fruit, a little spice and mint, a creamy nutty texture, with some lemon oil to contrast. It’s little bit chalky too, and has a finish of good length.
