The stylish packaging of the Bella Modella wines is a butterfly inspired homage to all that is beautifully formed in nature or the man-made world. The Modella Prosecco Spumante comes from the low-yielding hillside vineyards of the Prosecco DOC in northeast Italy. It is a Brut (dry) style made from the Glera grape, and goes through a longer secondary fermentation of three months. This is a crisp, refreshing style with substance and balance. The Bella Modella ‘Farfalla’ Pinot Grigio comes from the Umbria region in central Italy. Grapes are hand-picked from the high-altitude vineyards, farmed on clay soils. No oak treatment leaves this Pinot Grigio clean, bright, smooth and refreshing.
