Pressings fermented in small seasoned barrels, the free-run juice fermented in stainless steel first, then to barrel for maturation. A mild summer in the Riverland has delivered a beauty of a wine. Arinto, the Portuguese white grape, brings forth its lemon citrus tang in spades here with pear, spice and apple. Acidity is keen, delicious and super-dry.
