Fermented warm on skins for 8 days, fermented in stainless steel and matured in French oak. Retains McLaren Vale generosity while also pursuing a more aromatic and fine-aged style. Aromas of black fruits, dusty cacao, spice and a hint of eucalyptus. Fabulous oak-tannin balance on display here, a light touch brings some classy fruit forward to be fully enjoyed.
