The 2023 Seven Springs Vineyard Chardonnay continues a tradition of excellence from one of the Willamette Valley’s most iconic and historically significant sites. Situated in the heart of the Eola-Amity Hills, Seven Springs is the vineyard that first brought international acclaim to Oregon Chardonnay. Since the early 2000s, its fruit has defined the potential of the region, revealing a distinct profile shaped by elevation, volcanic soils, and cooling marine winds from the Van Duzer Corridor.

In the glass, the wine opens with notes of lemon oil, fresh white peach, and sea spray, followed by delicate hints of chamomile, roasted almond, and flint. On the palate, it is sleek and composed, with a fine tension between richness and precision. The texture is polished yet restrained, leading to a long, mineral finish that speaks clearly of place.

Ultra-luxury, small producer, 00 Wines (Double Zero) was started in the Willamette Valley in 2013.  Upon release of their bottlings each year, collectors have early, though limited, ability to obtain an allocation of the wines available to club members and enthusiasts alike. Family-owned and operated by proprietors Chris and Kathryn Hermann, and in partnership with their international team in France, 00 Wines produce approximately 1,500 cases, blending bi-continental winemaking talents in pursuit of excellence.
