"Light straw with aromas of citrus, white peach and nectarine and hints of cinnamon, clover blossom, roast cashews, crème fraîche, almond meal and stone, with just a suggestion of struck flint. The Bream Creek vineyard was planted in 1974 by Fred Peacock. One of the first commercial vineyards established in the Apple Isle state, it has long been considered one of the very best sites in Eastern Tasmania. Fred's premium cool-climate wines are concentrated and long, thanks to the mature vines and low yields.
