"Pale straw with aromas of citrus fruits, melon and nectarine and underlying hints of soft spice, white flowers, grilled nuts, clotted cream, almond meal and stone. The Bream Creek vineyard was planted in 1974 by Fred Peacock. One of the first commercial vineyards established in the Apple Isle state, it has long been considered one of the very best sites in Eastern Tasmania. Fred's premium cool-climate wines are concentrated and long, thanks to the mature vines and low yields.
