This is a complex and powerful wine, befitting of its Reserve status. It is selected from a rigorous barrel selection process, and less than 10% of our total Chardonnay production is considered to be of such quality as to qualify.

Bream Creek Reserve Chardonnay 2024

"Bream Creek's barrel selection chardonnay presents pale straw in the glass with bright aromas of white peach, nectarine and grapefruit. Complex creamy and nutty facets with hints of meadow flowers, ozone, struck flint, vanillin oak and spiced oatmeal. It's graceful and nicely composed, with a light grapefruit pith texture and a fine-boned acidity propelling the wine to a savoury, honed finish." 94 Points, Dave Brookes, Halliday Wine Companion

'Pinot Noir Producer of the Year' 2022, Bream Creek has long been considered one of the very best sites and vineyards in Eastern Tasmania.

The Bream Creek vineyard was planted in 1974 by Fred Peacock. One of the first commercial vineyards established in the Apple Isle state, it has long been considered one of the very best sites in Eastern Tasmania. Fred's premium cool-climate wines are concentrated and long, thanks to the mature vines and low yields.
