The Bream Creek vineyard was planted in 1990 by Fred Peacock. It has long been considered one of the very best sites and vineyards in Eastern Tasmania. Fred’s wines are concentrated and long, thanks to the mature vines and low yields.

Bream Creek Reserve Pinot Noir 2021
Impressively deep red-purple colour, bright and clear, the bouquet big on dark-cherry to blackberry, bold fruit and not overtly whole-bunchy, while the palate is full and rich and succulent, loaded with lovely ripe cherry/berry fruit and superfine tannins in superb harmony. Long finish; truly satisfying. An outstanding pinot noir with a bright future.

Bream Creek Reserve Pinot Noir 2021
Bright cherry in hue with inviting aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry, exotic spice, earth, pressed flowers and curing meats. Pure, creamy oak flows in on the palate as the fruit segues a little dark and moodier, with stalky spice in the background and a deep earthy resonance to its form. Tannins both tight and fine lend ample support and structure, finishing long with no shortage of power.
