"Pale straw with a flash of green and aromas of freshly squeezed lime, crunchy green apple and grapefruit. Hints of orange blossom, crushed riverstone, sea spray, almond paste and lime cordial. The Bream Creek vineyard was planted in 1974 by Fred Peacock. One of the first commercial vineyards established in the Apple Isle state, it has long been considered one of the very best sites in Eastern Tasmania. Fred's premium cool-climate wines are concentrated and long, thanks to the mature vines and low yields.
