Coriole Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

"For some reason I’ve not reviewed the Estate Cabernet since the 2016 vintage.
Rich blackcurrant and blackberry, black olive, a little cedar oak in tow. It’s full-bodied, but balanced, plenty of savoury kind of ferrous Cabernet flavour, some nougat too, some brine, thick stony tannin, and a robust finish of good length. It’s a bold wine, and quite serious, also, it’s very good." 93 Points, Gary Walsh, The Wine Front
