Mataro and sangiovese grapes were harvested to produce this fresh style rosé, just a couple of hours of skin contact results in this wine's pretty blush colour.

Coriole Rosé 2023
"90/10% mataro/sangiovese, picked early as dedicated rosé fruit; 25% old oak. An assertive peachy pink, this is packed with wild red berries arcing into ripeness but still tantalisingly tart. Cinnamon, dried orange peel and white cherry also contribute. There’s fruit flavour and zip, with a tick longer in bottle needed to flesh out the middle, but it’s very engaging stuff." 92 Points, Special value, Marcus Ellis, Halliday Wine Companion
