Domaine de Cala Classic Rosé 2023

"A very consistent wine this one. Reliable. They always taste similar each year, which I guess is a good thing! 
Peach, redcurrant, a top note of aniseed or basil, a slight saline quality. It’s fresh and crunchy, good flavour, a light powdery texture, some bright orange acid cut, with a finish of good length.
