Domaine De Cala 2022
Redcurrant, slightly peachy, maybe some lemon verbena and fennel. It’s has a slightly creamy glossiness, though it’s pretty much in the dry and crisp style, with a something of a refreshing dry white wine character, a fine chalky texture, and a gently herbal perfume on a finish of good length. Very nice.
