00 Wines EGW Chardonnay 2023 

"Lots of struck match, quince, lemon curd, baked apple, mint and spicy oak. It’s an opulent and juicy wine,  honey drizzled white fruit and pineapple, a powdery texture to it, a cool tang to acidity, with a rich nutty and grainy finish of very good length. Ultra-luxury, small producer, 00 Wines (Double Zero) was started in the Willamette Valley in 2013.  Upon release of their bottlings each year, collectors have early, though limited, ability to obtain an allocation of the wines available to club members and enthusiasts alike. Family-owned and operated by proprietors Chris and Kathryn Hermann, and in partnership with their international team in France, 00 Wines produce approximately 1,500 cases, blending bi-continental winemaking talents in pursuit of excellence.
