Hickson House Distilling Co. is a Sydney distillery founded by Mike Enright and Julian Train, directors of the Barrelhouse Group. The founders previously established The Barber Shop (2013) and The Duke of Clarence (2017), before opening Hickson House in the Rocks, Sydney, in 2021. The range is distilled in Sydney using native Australian botanicals and sits within the wider Barrelhouse Group portfolio, alongside Barrelhouse Cellars.
