"Five barrels made, the same volume and source as 2022. Less whole bunch than in 2022, just 10-15%. A pretty if lighter colour. Even so, a very pretty bouquet. Gets the nod this year, as there is more stuffing through the middle. A light touch from the barrel to finish, and with very good length. Drink from 2026-2029." Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy

Jane Eyre is an Australian micro-négociant who has been living and working in Beaune for more than 20 years. She made a distinct mark in Burgundy in 2021 when she was awarded a coveted Négociant of the Year award for her label of distinguished wines with a focus on Pinot Noir. Jane also returns to Australia each year to make a line of terroir-driven Pinot Noir bottlings from exceptional sites in Victoria and Tasmania. There is a lightness of touch thread to her wines from both continents that attracts a strong following.
