Lamy-Caillat Bourgogne Blanc 2021

Husband and wife, Florence Lamy and Sebastien Caillat, first produced bottles from the 2011 vintage, tending vines they were offered by their elderly neighbours. Despite a relatively recent start, neither were new to the business of Burgundy, tending the land or the pursuit of a job well done. It is no exaggeration to suggest these should be at the top of every white Burgundy lover’s wish list.
