Leeuwin Art Series Riesling 2024

"Leeuwin Estate Riesling, I feel, is much improved of the past few years, and the wines are brighter with notably better texture.
This has perfume lime and lemon, lemongrass, mint and a little spice. It’s juicy and bright, all citrus and green apple, and the texture is gently chalky, offering a finish of excellent length with a lime and tonic aftertaste. Lots of crunch and interest. Few stories can be told about modern Australian wine without mentioning the amazing rise of Margaret River, and Leeuwin Estate as a pioneer. Founded by Tricia and Denis Horgan in 1979, it is the star estate of Margaret River’s southern area; 
with a particular pedigree in its famed Chardonnay, but also relatively recent acclaim for Cabernet and Shiraz.
