"The varietal flavours marry well with the texture and detail coming through on the palate, especially its fine, chalk-like acidity. A wave of tropical fruit, think passionfruit, feijoa, gooseberries and Tahitian limes rolls through with some sugar snaps and fresh herbs, particularly basil.
