"Moderately deep ruby-red, slightly lighter on the rim. The nose is vibrantly full, packed with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, hint of herbs, earth and spice. Medium-full bodied, aromas of cherry and raspberry melded with thyme, liquorice, mushroom, black pepper and earth. A fine acid backbone supports the savoury red fruit.
