"This is 100% pinot fermented in stainless steel before spending nine months in older oak. A light, bright salmon pink. Summer red fruits, bright florals and a little spice announce this flavoursome, fruit-driven and moreish wine. Finishes with a refreshing twang of blood-orange pithiness. Mandala is the vision of the Smedley family of Melbourne. An estate vineyard in the Upper Yarra was planted with Burgundian clones in 1999 for premium pinot noir production. Specialising in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Mandala wines are high quality, elegant and exceptional value.
