The stylish packaging of the Bella Modella wines is a butterfly-inspired homage to all that is beautifully formed in nature or the man-made world. The Modella Prosecco Spumante comes from the low-yielding hillside vineyards of the Prosecco DOC in northeast Italy. It is a Brut (dry) style made from the Glera grape, and goes through a longer secondary fermentation of three months. This is a crisp, refreshing style with substance and balance. The Bella Modella ‘La Farfalla’ Pinot Grigio comes from the Colline Teatine region of Abruzzo in central Italy where the vineyards are situated on the slopes of the Maiella massif. The fruit is hand-picked and no oak treatment leaves this Pinot Grigio clean, bright, smooth and refreshing.
