Mongarda is a small, boutique grower and producer of fine Prosecco. The family manages 10ha of steep hillside vines in the heart of the Valdobbiadene zone, the best in the region. Farmed biodynamically, grapes are gently whole-bunch-pressed for natural fermentations. These are as authentic and delicious as the finest wines from Italy.
