“Pale straw with soft silver reflections. The nose is lifted showing ripe pear, white peach and subtle citrus blossom layered with delicate spice and a faint almond note. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with gentle texture and balanced acidity. Orchard fruit flavours are complemented by a soft, rounded mouthfeel, while a fine mineral thread maintains freshness and clarity. The finish is clean, textured and persistent. Delicious!
