"Poached strawberry, orange and rhubarb, redcurrant gelee, cranberry sauce, dark rose petals. This is lightly coloured, vibrant and forward, with some complexing spices – white pepper, cardamom, mace. Winemaker Ben (Mr.) Riggs follows the philosophy “iconic wines from iconic regions”.
