Parker Estate Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

"The 2022 season in Coonawarra is noted as cool and wet. It is reflected in this Cabernet Sauvignon with its striking leafy, herbal notes and structure. Crushed leaves and autumnal notes mesh with thyme and black fruit aromas. The assorted herbs and leafiness are amplified on the palate against the black fruits and finely detailed in aniseed, chocolate, medicinal notes and woodsy spice. A touch of spearmint tells you of the regional address. An altogether good drinking Cabernet with tannins well-tuned and oak (12 months in French oak, 50% new) in harmony." 92 Points, Jeni Port, Winepilot
