"A fresh and youthful Pinot Noir from the Adelaide Hills, which really stands out. Pale cherry red with a faded crimson rim, this is deliciously aromatic on the nose with savoury notes and touches of dried herbs, rose petals, spices, cherries, aniseed and charcuterie. A man named Georges Fesq once travelled as a supercargo, selecting and selling wine at every port of call. Arriving in Sydney in  1848, he chose to stay, founding Fesq & Company. Supercargo is a modern tribute to this tradition of curating exceptional wines.
