"Nouveau by name and nouveau by nature, though the more important thing to note here is that this wine also tastes complex, and varietal, and delicious. This is all about fresh, unfettered flavour, though instead of just tutti-fruity berries – which we do indeed get – we also get twiggy herb, undergrowth, tobacco and woodsmoke notes.
