Tim Gramp Watervale Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

"As the wine name tells us, this is basket pressed. It feels more medium bodied than the alcohol (14.5%) suggests. Slick with satiny tannins, imbued with blueberry and mulberry fruit characters, seasoned with clove and cigar box savoury elements and generally looking a bit claret-like. Ready for drinking and doing cabernet proud in Clare, it's pitched perfectly between all its elements and drinkability is high.
